Destress Fest: Rollerskating @ Oval MUGA

Our Rollerskating sessions are the perfect break from exam revision! The sessions are led by a qualified coach who will be there to teach you everything you need to know, whether you’re a total beginner or a skating superstar! We will provide you with all the equipment you need including elbow and knee pads, just in case!

Destress Fest: Rounders & Volleyball @ Grass Area near the Oval

Its time to take a break out of your studies, bring along some friends and play Rounders and Volleyball. This will be a very relaxed session and a chance to get some fresh air. Just turn up, all you need is your ID card!

Pool Party! @ Herts Sports Village and the Atrium
Apr 21 @ 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Come to our FREE pool party on Saturday 21st April! We will have an inflatable slide and music or just come to our after party with free food (waffles, popcorn and candyfloss) and games!! No need to sign up, just come along!

Pool Party: 5.30pm-6.30pm, HSV Swimming Pool

After Party: 6.30pm-9pm, The Atrium

Destress Fest: Football @ Oval 3G

Our Football sessions consist of 5 or 6 a-side games, depending on numbers. Just turn up on your own or with your mates, teams are decided at the session.  Bring your ID card, no experience needed!

Yoga is perfect way to clear your mind and take time out of studying. Yoga helps to makes the body both strong and flexible.  It also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind. No experience is needed, led by a fully-qualified instructor; the session is designed so that you can develop skills and postures while taking it at your own pace.

Destress Fest: Zumba @ Oval Flexible Space

Come and take some time out at our Zumba sessions! Exercise is proven to increase productivity so don’t feel guilty about taking a break from your desk! Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness session designed to provide a dynamic workout which is fun and easy to do! The routines feature fast and slow rhythms and resistance training combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavours and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba. It’s an effective, aerobic workout and more than that it is FUN and that is why we know you will be back!
